Description
Unlawful detainer actions; bad faith by tenant. Provides for a shorter period of time (10 days) for an initial hearing on an unlawful detainer action filed to terminate a tenancy pursuant to the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act, where the plaintiff makes a preliminary showing of bad faith by the tenant.
