Description

Right to remove case to circuit court eliminated. Eliminates the right to remove an action from the general district court to the circuit court. Requires an appeal bond to be posted within 30 days of judgment and, except in landlord tenant matters, does not require indigent persons to post an appeal bond. Read the Bill »
