Description
Use of profane, threatening, or indecent language via computer with intent to harass, etc.; penalty. Adds computer to the prohibition against using communication devices to threaten or harass others. The term "computer" includes a computer device (e.g., Blackberry) under the Virginia Computer Crimes Act. Read the Bill »
