Description
Use of depositions before the juvenile and domestic relations district courts. Allows any party to use a deposition of any witness if that witness is dead, greater than 100 miles from the hearing place, unable to attend due to illness, otherwise unavailable, or a judge or other person in official office. The bill mirrors the language of Virginia Supreme Court Rule 4:7. Read the Bill »
