Freedom of Information Act; posting of meeting notices and minutes. Clarifies where meeting notices and minutes of state public bodies must be posted. The bill also specifies that only notices of public hearings on proposed regulations need be published in the Virginia Register. The bill is a recommendation of the Virginia Code Commission.
