Description

Virginia Public Records Act; disposition of public records. Gives agencies the discretion to destroy or discard records created after July 1, 2006, that are authorized to be destroyed or discarded under the Virginia Public Records Act. Currently, agencies are required to destroy or discard such records upon the expiration of the applicable retention schedule. Read the Bill »
