Description

Elections; polling place activities and restrictions; pollwatchers. Allows no more than three representatives of each party or candidate to remain in the polling place to observe the election in all cases. Present law provides for one representative or, if the pollbook is divided into sections, one representative per section not to exceed three representatives. Read the Bill »
