Description

Expungement of police and court records. Allows an expungement hearing to occur automatically at the same hearing and by the same court if a person has been granted a writ of actual innocence. If a person has been granted an absolute pardon by the governor and files a petition for expungement, the expungement is automatic. Read the Bill »
