Description

Transfer of development rights. Permits the severance and transfer of development rights from a sending property without requiring those rights to be immediately affixed to a specific receiving property. In addition, the bill authorizes the purchase and/or sale of development rights by the locality in order to establish a clearinghouse for the conveyance of development rights. Read the Bill »
