Description

Mandatory electronic payment of Medicaid providers. Requires the Department of Medical Assistance Services to include a provision for the electronic payment of medical assistance in all contracts with service providers. Provides that such electronic payments shall be the only method of payment available pursuant to such contracts. Read the Bill »
