Description

Virginia Military Survivors and Dependents Education Program. Clarifies that qualified survivors and dependents who have been admitted to a public institution of higher education must be admitted free of tuition and all required general and institutional fees. Qualified survivors and dependents will be provided board, room rent, books, and supplies by the Department of Veterans Services, to the extent that funds have been appropriated to the agency for that purpose.
