Description

Pre-purchase inspection notification. Provides that dealers shall notify the buyer in writing of the buyer's right to request a pre-purchase inspection. The bill also provides that the notification of the pre-purchase inspection option deems the buyer informed as to the condition of the vehicle and conclusive proof that the dealer did not refuse to allow an inspection.
