Description
Precious metals dealers. Requires a precious metals dealer to obtain the thumbprints of both hands of the individual selling the item and to hold the item purchased for a period of 15 days before it may be sold, altered, or disposed of. Currently a dealer is required to hold the item for 10 days. Read the Bill »
