Description

Drunk in public. Provides that a third conviction of being intoxicated in public or profanely cursing in public is a Class 2 misdemeanor (confinement in jail for not more than six months or a fine of not more than $1000, either or both). First and second convictions will remain a Class 4 misdemeanor (a fine of not more than $250). Read the Bill »
