Description
Office of the Attorney General; Department of Conservation and Recreation; representation in civil matters; special counsel for certain proceedings. Provides for the Attorney General to represent conservation officers or other employees of the Department in civil actions. The bill also provides for the Director of the Department of Conservation to employ special counsel to defend any conservation officer or other employee of the Department who is prosecuted on any criminal charge arising out of any act committed in performing his official duties Read the Bill »
