Description
Housing Trust Fund. Provides that 50% of the annual revenue collection from the taxes and fees from the state recordation tax that are in excess of the official estimates for such taxes and fees, unless otherwise provided in the general appropriation act, shall be set apart in a permanent and perpetual fund to be known as the Virginia Housing Trust Fund.
