Description
Income tax; bicyclists' tax credits for businesses and individuals. Creates two separate tax credits; one for employers and one for individuals. The tax credit for employers allows them to take a credit of up to $5,000 for providing bicycle racks and showers in their place of business for use by employees who ride bikes to work. The tax credit for individuals provides a credit of $15 per month for each month the individual rides his bike to and from work for at least 10 days of the month. Read the Bill »
