Description

Voluntary revocation of restricted driver's license. Provides that if a convicted person is in compliance with the terms and restrictions of his restricted permit (issued pursuant to a DUI conviction) and no longer chooses to drive under a restricted permit, he may petition the court for revocation. Upon such petition, the court shall forthwith revoke a person's restricted permit. Read the Bill »
