Assisted living facilities; certain hospices exempt. Exempts hospices licensed by the State Department of Health that provide a dedicated facility including room, board, and appropriate patient care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from licensing requirements applicable to assisted living facilities licensed by the State Department of Social Services.
