Description

Evidence of similar crimes in sexual assault and child sexual abuse cases. Provides that in a criminal case in which the defendant is accused of an offense of sexual assault or child sexual abuse, evidence of the defendant's commission of another like offense or offenses is admissible, and may be considered for its bearing on any matter to which it is relevant.
