Description

Indecent liberties with child; penalty. Adds sexual abuse to the prohibited acts that constitute indecent liberties. Sexual abuse includes any intentional touching of the child's intimate parts or material directly covering the child's intimate parts when done with the intent to sexually molest, arouse, or gratify any person. The penalty is a Class 5 felony and a violation will occur when the adult is 18 years or older and the child is under age 15 and will apply whether or not the child consents to the touching.
