Description
Income tax; energy efficient equipment tax credit. Grants an income tax credit for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2007, to individuals who purchase energy efficient equipment for their homes. The amount of the deduction equals 30 percent of such equipment expenditures but not more than $1,500 total. Read the Bill »
