Description
Carrying concealed handguns; State Police officers. Allows a State Police officer who leaves the Department of State Police in good standing to carry a concealed handgun with written proof of consultation and favorable review from the Department. This is the same standard that applies to retired law-enforcement officers in the Commonwealth. Read the Bill »
