Description
Surcharge on rabies vaccinations. Requires veterinarians to collect a $3 surcharge on each administered rabies vaccination and remit the money to the local treasurer. The funds raised pursuant to the surcharge shall be deposited in a fund to reimburse providers of low-cost and pro bono sterilization services. Read the Bill »
