Description
Health insurance; mandated coverage for enteral formulas necessitated by inborn metabolic disorders. Requires health insurers, health care subscription plans, and health maintenance organizations to provide coverage, under a policy, contract, or plan that provides prescription drug coverage, for enteral formulas, including modified solid food products, necessitated byinborn metabolic disorders. The coverage for modified solid food products is limited to $5,000 in any year. Read the Bill »
