Description

Motor vehicle repair labor rates; survey; report. Requires the State Corporation Commission to conduct quarterly surveys of a sample of motor vehicle repair facilities in the Commonwealth to collect information regarding their hourly labor rates for body repair work. The results, including information for each Department of Transportation Regional Districts, shall be available to the public and posted to the Bureau of Insurance website. No person shall be required to pay rates for body repair work based on the results of the surveys. Read the Bill »
