Description
Concealed weapons; judges may carry without a permit. Authorizes a judge of the Commonwealth to carry a concealed weapon without obtaining a permit wherever such judge may travel in the Commonwealth. Current law only authorizes a judge to carry a concealed handgun without a permit while in the discharge of his official duties or while in transit to and from such duties. Read the Bill »
