Description

Liability for owners of low-head dams. Requires that owners of low-head dams use signs and buoys to warn the public of the hazards of swimming, fishing, and boating activities near low-head dams. Owners complying with safety measures shall be deemed to have met the duty of care for warning the public of the hazards posed by the dam. Read the Bill »
