Description
Cemetery operators and funeral establishments; prohibited acts. Provides that the interment of human remains in a manner that increases the likelihood that earth burials will be unearthed by severe weather conditions, flooding, or other acts of God is a prohibited act for which the license of a cemetery company or funeral establishment may be suspended or revoked.
