Description

Local employees; right to receive certain benefit information in writing. Requires localities to provide information about relevant benefit options and programs in writing to any local employee who develops a serious health condition that may be life-threatening. The employer shall provide appropriate forms to the employee so that the employee can communicate any election of benefit options to the employer in writing on the forms. Read the Bill »
