Description

Money to be deposited in lieu of bond. Adds surety bonds, bank checks, and drafts from an attorney's escrow account to the type of payment that would be accepted in lieu of posting a bond under 16.1-108. Currently only cash or a check from the court is accepted. Read the Bill »
