Description

Number of deputies. Requires the number of full-time deputies appointed by the sheriff of a county without a police force to be fixed by the Compensation Board at not less than 10 deputies. The bill further requires the number of full-time deputies appointed by the sheriff of a locality with a police force to be fixed by the Compensation Board at not less than two. Read the Bill »
