Description
State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act; disclosure requirements for local government officers and employees. Provides that a local government officer or employee who recuses himself from participating in a transaction because of a past personal interest in the matter shall disclose the nature of his personal interest. Present law requires disclosure in the case of a recusal based on a present personal interest in the transaction. Read the Bill »
