Description
Possession of firearms following certain criminal convictions; penalty. Prohibits a person who has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence from possessing or transporting a firearm in the Commonwealth. Such persons are currently prohibited from purchasing firearms under federal law. Read the Bill »
