One-stop small business permitting program. Establishes a one-stop permitting program for small businesses. The program is to be administered by a business registration and permitting center in the Office of the Secretary of Commerce and Trade. Owners of small businesses, defined as establishments with no more than 100 full-time employees, will be able to complete a master application online to register their businesses with the state. Permits required by regulatory agencies may be included as endorsements to the master permit. Read the Bill »
