Description
Police canines. Requires the Department of Criminal Justice Services to establish minimum training and certification requirements for canines used by law-enforcement agencies in the Commonwealth. Beginning January 1, 2008, all such canines used in the Commonwealth would be required to be certified pursuant to the Department's standards. Read the Bill »
