Description

Nursing homes; notification of sex offenders. Requires nursing homes and certified nursing facilities to notify residents, residents' families, residents' legal representatives, and the public of the presence of a person convicted of a sexual offense for which registration is required pursuant to 9.1-902 residing in the nursing home or certified nursing facility. Also allows such facilities to request from the State Police electronic notification of any sex offender. Read the Bill »
