Description

Mechanic's lien; notice. Provides that the clerk of the court where a memorandum of lien is filed shall send written notice to the owner of the property subject to the lien at the owner's last known address. Current law places no obligation on the clerk to provide written notice of the recordation of a mechanic's lien. Read the Bill »
