Allocation of construction funds within the secondary system. Provides that in counties having elected to manage the construction program for the secondary system, payments may be made in equal amounts, one in each quarter of the fiscal year. The bill also states that the amount shall be reduced by the amount of federal-aid construction funds credited to each county and by the amount of funds forecast to be expended for any construction project or any other financial obligations. In addition, the chief administrative officer of such counties shall make annual reports of expenditures to the Department of Transportation. Read the Bill »
