Department of Charitable Gaming; definitions; athletic associations and booster clubs. Authorizes an athletic association or athletic booster club to sell instant bingo, pull tabs, or seal cards as a part of its annual fund-raising event provided that the sale is limited to a single event in a calendar year and the event is open to the public.
