Description
Substance Abuse Services Council; review of state agency substance abuse treatment programs. Changes the analysis for agency-administered substance abuse treatment programs required for the Comprehensive Interagency State Plan to focus on the extent to which state agency programs employ evidence-based practices. The bill also provides for the analysis to include the amount of funding expended in the most current fiscal year available rather than the prior fiscal year. Read the Bill »
