Description

Insurance; risk-based capital. Corrects an erroneous cross-reference regarding the definition of adjusted risk-based capital reports. The measure also clarifies that negative trend, in the context of a life and health insurer, is determined in accordance with the trend test calculation included in the life insurance risk-based capital instructions.
