Description
Local regulation of all-terrain vehicles and similar vehicles near dwellings. Allows localities by ordinance to provide that any person who operates a dirt bike, all-terrain vehicle, or other similar vehicle, whether licensed or not, within 500 feet of any dwelling shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor. The parent or other person in loco parentis of a person under the age of 18 years who violates such provision shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
