Department of Charitable Gaming; reports of gross receipts and disbursements. Provides for each qualified organization to file at least annually a report of all receipts and disbursement from its charitable gaming operation. The bill also authorizes the Board for Charitable Gaming to require a qualified organization whose receipts exceed a specified amount during any three-month period to file a report of its receipts and disbursements for such period. Currently the qualified organizations are required to file the report for each calendar quarter. Read the Bill »
