Description

Virginia Pubic Building Authority; water treatment. Authorizes the Virginia Public Building Authority to issue bonds in an amount not to exceed $250 million for grants to be used solely for the purpose of funding the installation of nutrient removal technologies at specified publicly owned treatment works to implement the Commonwealths Chesapeake Bay Tributary Strategies.
