Description
Sexually explicit e-mails; penalty. Provides that it is a Class 6 felony to send a sexually explicit commercial e-mail without including the words "sexually explicit" in capital letters as the subject line and as the opening phrase of the email. There must also be clear and conspicuous identification that the message is an advertisement or solicitation and a clear and conspicuous statement that to avoid viewing the sexually explicit material a recipient should delete the e-mail.
