Description
Uniform Statewide Building Code; adoption by localities of residential rental inspection districts. Requires localities to adopt an ordinance establishing a rental inspection district or districts that encompass any area of the locality where 30 percent or more of the available residential rental dwelling units are located in structures that were built before 1950.
