Description
Notice of change in assessment. Provides that if a change in assessment is due to an assessment made under 58.1-3292 or 58.1-3292.1, which respectively require assessments of new buildings when completed and substantially completed, then notice of such change in assessment need not set out the immediately prior appraised or assessed value of the land or improvements, or the percentage change in the new tax levy from the immediately prior one.
