Description

Notice of claim; government entity. Changes the structure of the notice of claim against the Commonwealth or a transportation district and states that when notice is challenged under the statute, the claimant must prove receipt of notice and not just that notice was mailed. Also extends the notice of claim for tort claims to counties, cities and towns. Read the Bill »
