Description
Income tax; deduction for licensed medical caregivers. Grants an income tax deduction, for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2008, in the amount of $10,000 for licensed medical caregivers who provide medical-related services to individuals in their homes. The deduction is reduced $1 for every $2 the taxpayer's federal adjusted gross income exceeds $40,000. Read the Bill »
